First, we go westwards from Keszthely. We pass Cserszegtomaj to get into Rezi. In the ancient times, there used to stand a castle above the village. However, this is a cairn today. Steep way leads us there to have a look at it.

From Rezi to Zalaszántó the road is cranky and sloping but the view is beautiful. An old church- from the 13th century- and a small chapel make the place romantic. Moreover, the so called ‘Tátika Ruin’ is near, too.

Between Zalaszántó and Várvölgy the road is straight then it becomes higher until Vállus. After Büdöskút we ride to Balatongyörök. Finally, in the last stage we go on the lakeside cycle path, through Vonyarcvashegy and Gyenesdiás until we arrive in Keszthely.
